Mono Card is a content creation and sharing tool. Please note:

- We are not responsible for any content created by users, including but not limited to illegal, infringing, or inappropriate content
- Users must not create or share harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- If rights holders believe their rights are being infringed by shared content, they should contact us directly
4. Use of Mono Card
You agree to:
- Use Mono Card only for lawful purposes
- Create and share content that respects others' rights
- Not create cards containing harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Be responsible for your account activities and shared content
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
5. Restrictions
You must not:
- Use Mono Card for any illegal purposes
- Create or share content that promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination
- Interfere with or disrupt Mono Card's services or servers
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features
- Use automated programs to create or share cards in bulk
- Share content that infringes on intellectual property rights
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, particularly if you violate these Terms or create harmful content.

- Mono Card is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of user-created content
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, excluding its conflicts of law rules.
